IRC Ghana , in collaboration with the Ahafo Regional Coordinating Council and with support from the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation , is hosting the Ahafo Regional Level Learning Alliance Platform ( #RLLAP ) Today, at Zeniel Oasis Hotel, Goaso.
This learning event brings together stakeholders from across the #WASH sector to review and validate findings from our recent study on the drivers and barriers to safely managed #water services in rural #Ghana . The study, conducted under the Safe Water Strategy initiative, highlights both the progress and challenges in delivering sustainable water services to nearly 600,000 people in the Ahafo Region by #2030 .
Why it matters:
- Only 44% of Ghanaians currently have #access to safely managed water services.
- Rural #communities face the greatest challenges - and the greatest opportunities for impact.
- #Inclusive dialogue and shared #learning are key to driving policy and implementation forward.

- Review and validate study findings with regional and district stakeholders
- Share practical experiences and lessons
- Build consensus on actionable recommendations
